Design, manufacture, and erection of 26 units, comprising one and two-bedroom flats, and three-bedroom houses. Four of the two-bedroom flats were purpose built to ensure ease of access of disabled tenants.The development located in Radyr, an outer suburb of Cardiff, 4-mile Northwest of the City Centre, SO Modular provided the timber frame for the superstructure, floor cassettes and trusses.
